Founder of The Muscle Artisan, Chris Simons, has been involved in the fitness industry for 20 years and holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from The University of Massachusetts.
After having retired from a 12-year career in competitive bodybuilding, Chris realized that there was a missing piece within the industry in finding a bodyworker therapist who truly understood the mechanics and anatomy of the body through exercise and sport.
Throughout his personal training career, he utilized dozens of massage therapists, bodyworkers and physical therapists with minimal luck finding someone who truly understood what was needed to keep the body and mind functioning optimally and that was where The Muscle Artisan was born. Through continued education, trial and error and performing therapeutic bodywork on his clients over a 20-year career, he was able to correct and fix numerous physical ailments in the body through various modalities.
